HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We are happy to assist you and manage your requests for return and / or exchanges, offering a simple process if you are not 100% satisfied with you order.

Kindly raise your return request by visiting  http://returns.marrybags.com/returns

01 Fill in your Muudha order number and registered email address.

02 The product / item in your Muudha order will show.

03 Select the product / item that you want to return and click Next.

04  Fill in the return details & information

05  Select from the option whether you want to Exchange or Return the product.

If you want to exchange it you have to fill in the details of the *New Item in the additional notes box.

06  Your item will be sent via our partner courier. 

*If the price of the item is less than AED 150 a return shipping charges of AED 20 will be collected by the courier.

07  You will see your return request with details in your dashboard. You will also receive an email confirmation once your request is approved and scheduled for courier pickup.
